As Chairman of the Food and Beverage Committee at Pecan Grove Plantation Country Club, it was my privilege to work with Sarah Blancett when she served as our Catering Director, March 2008 through November 2010.
Besides hosting a yearly Bridal Open House,
she instituted the Share a Holiday event for Christmas that was a huge success. She also pitched in as part of our wait staff when necessary and worked 12 hour days several times a week.
